Diagnosis:
1. Head trauma - ocular hemorrhage OU, anisocoria - mydriatic OD, and oral bruising/bleeding
2. Parasites: Hippoboscidae (flat fly) x1
Assessment: Patient 2025-263 has clinical signs of head trauma, including bilateral ocular hemorrhage, visible bruising of the left upper palate, and active bleeding within the oral cavity; examination also revealed the presence of a single flat fly. Otherwise, they appeared healthy.
Plan: Tx: Fly spray applied, Ketorolac OU BID, LRS 5 mL SQ, Meloxicam 0.03 mL (1g/kg) BID.

Plan: continue Ketorolac OU BID, LRS 5 mL SQ SID, Meloxicam 0.03 mL (1mg/kg)SQ BID. and consult with opthomology.
Prognosis: Good
